Your Coach

.

A space for clarity, confidence, and creating what matters most.

Meet Joel Feldman — Founder and Coach at Look Newly.

Why I Do This Work

For most of my life, I’ve watched capable people drift — not because they lacked talent, intelligence, or ambition, but because they lacked clarity.

And without clarity, even strong people hesitate.

For more than two decades, I’ve coached leaders, athletes, executives, creatives, and organizations through moments where something important was at stake — a decision, a transition, a next level of responsibility. The pattern is consistent: when someone sees clearly, confidence follows. When confidence strengthens, action becomes natural.

I don’t believe confidence is a personality trait. I believe it’s a skill. And like any skill, it can be practiced.

My work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about helping them lead themselves — with integrity, with conviction, and with momentum that lasts beyond any single conversation.

If you’re here, you likely already know something needs to shift.

Clarity first. Integrity always.

Joel Feldman

For over two decades, I’ve coached people to elevate how they lead, communicate, and create.

My background includes more than 23 years as a senior faculty member with Landmark Worldwide, where I led transformational programs for thousands of people — from Olympic and professional athletes to Navy SEALs, executives, and award-winning artists.

But beyond titles and achievements, my work is about something simpler — creating space for people to come home to themselves. Coaching isn’t about fixing anything; it’s about revealing clarity and strengthening confidence until it becomes second nature.

I’ve also partnered with businesses and organizations nationwide to design cultures of performance grounded in purpose, trust, and real results.

I hold a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles — but most of what I’ve learned has come from listening deeply to people who are ready to transform the way they live and lead.
