Your Coach
.
For high performers navigating the space between what they already know and what they’re ready to do about it.
Meet Joel B. Feldman — Founder & Principal Coach at Look Newly.
Why I Do This Work
For most of my life, I’ve watched capable people know more than they were willing to act on.
Not because they lacked intelligence, ambition, or even clarity. Often, they could already see what needed to change.
For more than two decades, I’ve coached leaders, athletes, executives, creatives, and organizations through moments where something important was at stake: a decision, a transition, a relationship, a next level of responsibility, or a future they could no longer keep postponing.
The pattern is remarkably consistent. The hardest part is rarely finding another answer. It’s becoming willing to confront what you already know and decide what you’re going to do about it.
That space between knowing and doing is where much of my work lives.
My work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about creating the kind of conversation where people can tell the truth, question the conclusions they’ve been living inside, and choose what comes next.
If you’re here, you may already know more than you think you do.
The question is what you’re ready to do about it.
Joel B. Feldman
For over two decades, I’ve coached people to elevate how they lead, communicate, and create.
My background includes more than 23 years as a senior faculty member with Landmark Worldwide, where I led transformational programs for thousands of people from Olympic and professional athletes to Navy SEALs, executives, and award-winning artists.
But beyond titles and achievements, my work is about something simpler: creating the kind of conversation where people can tell the truth about what they already know, examine what has kept them from acting on it, question the conclusions they’ve been living inside of, and choose what comes next.
I’ve also partnered with businesses and organizations nationwide to design cultures of performance grounded in purpose, trust, and real results.
I hold a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles — but most of what I’ve learned has come from listening deeply to people who are ready to transform the way they live and lead.

“You probably don’t need another answer.
You may need a conversation where you can tell the truth about the one you already have.”
— Joel B. Feldman
